Cooling water
 The
success of our conditioning agents for cooling water is directly associated
with our applied biocide – process.
- Therefore these processes are adjusted to the given
cooling water parameters
- optimized by continuous control of the microbiological
activity and
- combined with our DISPERDENTE & ANTICORROSIVO
products.
Our cooling water conditioning agents of the DISPERDENTE
– series offer brilliant properties
They are able to:
- ...stabilise high concentrations of calcium carbonate/ calcium
sulphate and simultaneously prevent the precipitation of calcium carbonate,
calcium sulphate and calcium phosphate.
In many cases additional feed water treating equipment
is no longer required.
- ...perfectly stabilise particles.
Hereby we improve the efficiency factor e.g. for
heart exchangers.
The dispersing power of our products shows itself in particular
on the following special applications:
- Cleaning of closed cooling circuist which are charged with corrosion
products. The cleaning operations can be done during current
operation. This guaranties full equipment availability.
- Cleaning of construction parts with electroplating.
- Contaminated tempering units can be cleaned online.
- ...to remain their properties also at high pH- values and
temperatures close to 100°C.
- ...to be effective even without phosphat- and phosphonic acids.
The requirements of the Bundesgesetzblatt, Jg. 2002, Teil I, Nr.45,
Anhang 31, Ausgabedatum: 08. Juli 2002, Bonn,
are fulfilled anytime.
This is a basic contribution to the ecological
treatment of cooling circuits. It helps to prevent the uncontrolled
growth of algae, thus protecting seas and other surface waters.
- ...prevent biofouling.
- ...to enable the infiltration of biocides into organic layers.
- ...increase the efficiency of our biocide – process. The amount
of biocide used is reduced to a minimum.
In addition a great amount of our DISPERDENTE
and ANTICORROSIVO products can be regained from blow down water
by our aqua-tec-process.
